The incentive for finishing a task would usualy be $0.01 to $0.1 per task, with 50 tasks of more to be done per job. One could say that this is some sort of mini job which requires little experience or no experience.
However, I must say, experience is necessary to gain high accuracy.
A while ago, two tasks finally appeared for someone like me with 0-level on crowd flower. I was so excited that I failed miserably. 70% accuracy is one of the requirements to gain a level on Crowd Flower but I only got 65%. So close yet so far away. So, to anyone who might read this, I will tell you some tips.
General Tips:
Tip 1:If you can't understand the language of the task being given, I suggest using Google Translate. At the very least, you will gain some idea or a lot of idea as to what you should be doing.
Tip 2:
Read the instructions carefully. I mean it. And every other users would tell you this.
Tip 3:
There is a time limit for each tasks. However, you must not answer rashly.
Specific Tips for Tasks about Articles and Their Authors
Tip 1:
Most of the blog posts(articles and non-articles) look the same if you cannot understand the language being used. Translate it. I made a mistake after mistaking who name of the author of article and the photographer of a photo available since the name was in bold.Tip 2:
Even if the blog post look like archives or series of published articles, IT IS an article as long as the articles are full posts
Tip 3:
Bibliographies are not articles. Such as this post(This not mine and this is for reference only) https://bibliografiadadoula.wordpress.com/glossario/
Tip 4:
If the web page is a landing screen or the home page of the blog, it is not an article. Check the WHOLE page all the time.
Tip 5:
If there is only a video, obviously it is not an article.
This is based on my own experience on trying to complete a task on Crowd Flower. Part 2 and later will be posted if I ever acquire some tasks.
